Payment Policy for any website design package

Upon receiving a quote, half payment is expected up front, which is non-refundable. Upon completion of the website design, the second half payment is due. Completion of website design does not include content for each page in the case that the client is not yet finished with or has not yet supplied the content. However, when content is provided, it will be added to the website at no additional charge.

Any deposits or payments after agreements are made, either verbal or written, are non refundable.

Logo and Graphic Design

Logo design packages require half payment before design begins and second half payment once the design is finished. First half payment is non-refundable.

Graphic design, unless quoted for the full project, does not require half payment up front, but will require full payment upon completion of the design.


Quotes for services will be given on a “per job” basis. On smaller projects, quotes will be based on the time expected to complete that given project. On larger projects, a quote for the entire project, regardless of time, will be given.

Promo Pricing and Refunds

All promo payments are do up-front before work begins. In the event that a refund is requested, if no work was done, a refund will be processed in full. If work is performed after payment is made, the customer is in no way entitled to a refund of any amount. Individual circumstances may require a refund which will be left up to my discretion.

If a refund is due, the regular hourly rate of $60 will be charged for work performed and subtracted from the promotion price paid.
